The museum celebrates the 40th anniversary of the legendary basketball movie Hoosiers and its filming in New Richmond in Hoosiers: Hometown ‘Hickory.’ See the transformation of the downtown into Hickory. Burnin’ Rubber: Racing in Montgomery County roars back into the museum as well. The exhibit explores automobile racing and three featured drivers racing from the dawn of race cars into the 21st century. Howdy Wilcox, Larry Rice, and Sondi Eden all called the county home while their cars zoomed across the country.
