Visitors will compare historical and modern images of Crawfordsville buildings, then create side-by-side collages that highlight what has changed and what has remained the same.
Workshop 2: Build Your Courthouse, July 9
Using cardboard and recycled materials, visitors design and construct their own version of a community courthouse.
Workshop 3: Time Traveler Postcards, July 16Participants imagine themselves in the past or future of Crawfordsville and design custom postcards with drawings and short written messages from another era.
Workshop 4: Hidden Histories – Mini Murals, July 23
Visitors explore lesser-known local stories and turn them into small mural scenes inside boxes using paint, collage, and sculpture.
Workshop 5: Walk the Block – Neighborhood Blueprint, July 30
Participants draw maps of their neighborhoods, then imagine improvements or new additions they’d make as junior city planners.
